should i (18 F) break up with my gf (18F) ?

i attempted to break up with her last month over text because we had class and i didnt want her not to focus if i did it in between breaks, she called me crying and begging (basically guilt tripped me) saying to take a break for 3 months instead. after 4-5 hours i agreed because i felt pressured to. now we arent even on a break and last time i tried to talk it out with her she said “oh i dont know- you broke up with me and i literally had to beg for you. this relationship is a we thing not a you thing. you came out as a hypocrite and selfish for that action. if i were to do that you’d be on my ass about it.” Ever since the break up shes treating me like straight up ass but i love her and im trying my best to get through it but its becominf impossible. Should i keep trying or just let her go?
