Are spas losing revenue to missed calls without realizing it?
Something I’ve noticed with a lot of small spas is that the calm, luxury experience clients expect doesn’t always match what’s happening behind the scenes. When therapists are fully booked and the phone keeps ringing, someone has to choose between interrupting a treatment or letting the call go to voicemail.
That’s lost bookings.
Some spa owners are starting to experiment with AI reception tools like agentzap.ai to handle calls, confirm appointments, and capture inquiries without hiring more staff.
Not saying AI replaces a great front desk but as a backup system, it seems like it could protect revenue during busy hours.
Curious if any spa owners here have tried something similar, or if you prefer sticking fully human?
