Can't find a new m340i xdrive with adaptive suspension.

Hi. I stopped at a local dealer yesterday to take a 330i drive and used m340i xdrive out for a test drive but they sold the m340 and I didn't drive it. New to the brand and never owned one. Been driving Infiniti g37/q50s for 20 years. Moved to an 2023 Audi A5 and that lease is coming to an end. I don't do much driving but was looking to get something and keep it. Choices are to keep my A5 or look at BMW. I prefer 6cyl as the A5 was the only 4 cyl I've ever owned. It isn't bad but I've always preferred 6.

It seems like the must have is adaptive suspension. I'm also having a hard time with the sensitec interior and the leather option I read is entry level leather. My Infiniti leather was very soft and I loved it. I don't get why they cheap out on the seating.

It seems like dealer don't order these cars with adaptive suspension so it's slim picking out there. I also don't want to commit to ordering one without even driving one.

The roads in PA are garbage and even my A5 is harsh. It has the sports suspension on it from what I know. They told me it would be a 2k deposit to order one but I really don't want to even do that. Has anyone ordered a car without a deposit? Thoughts on options as well.
