best exfoliating toners for dry skin?

i’m looking for an exfoliating toner that’s really gentle for my skin that can remove blackheads (huge problem area for me), really improve my texture as well as my acne, and brighten up my skin in the process. right now i’m looking at the pha lactobionic toner from dermasil (blue toner bottle) because pha is said to be really gentle on skin and it works really well for dry skin as well. i already have the power toner so i don’t think i mind trying that one as well, it’s just that it has aha/bha so im not too sure if that would be too strong or drying for my skin.

which one should i try? feel free to name other ones as well!
