Is anyone else feeling anxious about uni apps?

For all of us that were aiming for competitive courses and couldn't clinch the 70rp, what now? For the bunch of us that have portfolio activities here and there, but didn't win any of the competitions we went for...

The environment right now is incredibly cutthroat and I find it heartbreaking reading all the posts of people that are being forced to either give up on their dream courses / have to spend a fortune going overseas DESPITE being genuinely interested in their course. This being in contrast with those hardworking enough to score 70rp but at the same time not really knowing much about the courses they are applying to, just applying because they meet the cutoff. I don't really know how to feel about this whole situation, I've been in a pretty negative state over the past 2 days.

ABA does exist but the uncertainty of the whole situation is making me super anxious and the headaches r killing me... Any advice from seniors/those in my situation?
