western ms cs course based

I wanted guidance regarding western university. In msc cs (course-based) program -16 months (4terms) no coop.

Questions:

1. Is western's brand reputation good  for canadian tech employers?

2. What steps do international students who are studying in this program, take to get employed in tech field when there is no coop?

3. Is it worth taking the risk of coming there?

Please help me.
