Getting placed in PC lobby’s

I noticed after season 2 I am now almost exclusively placed in lobby’s filled with 200+ level PC players. I mainly play breakthrough and it ruins the experience. Not only can I not compete with them, the game mode turns into a camp fest with anyone moving getting laser beamed by a PC player. I’m talking entire games that you are sniped in the spawn. Has anyone else noticed this after season2? I’m level 165 not sure if that could have something to do with it?
