Visionary founder looking for an execution-minded counterpart...does this role even exist?

I’m a founder in the snack subscription / brand discovery space, and I’m realizing something about how I work that I’m curious whether others have experienced.

I LOVE:

• brainstorming ideas
• spotting gaps in systems
• creating new models and ways of doing things
• big-picture strategy and creative thinking
• connecting dots
• experimenting with new ways of doing things-outside of the box

But I get overwhelmed when it comes to:

• implementation
• automations
• technical setup
• turning ideas into step-by-step execution.
• designing

What I dream of is finding someone who gets excited about building the things I envision, almost like a yin/yang dynamic where one person imagines and the other loves bringing it to life.

Not really looking for a freelancer relationship where I’m managing multiple people for design, automation, etc. More like a collaborator or execution-minded counterpart who enjoys structure and momentum.

I know partnerships can be complicated, so I’m curious:

• Has anyone successfully found this kind of dynamic?
• How did it start?
• Did it begin as freelance work, collaboration, or something else?
• What role titles or personality types should I even be looking for?

Mostly looking for real-world experiences and advice. I’m less interested in a perfect skill list and more interested in how people structure roles between vision and execution. Someone to get excited about the project and willing to learn and try new things rather than have a perfect tech skill or anything. Maybe I'm looking for the impossible.
