Need a professional as my local endo is outdated

My body only seems to be able to handle 30mg cypionate a week split mon/thurs due to an SHBG of 7. My total test is 16, RBC is fine etc. Haven't had my E2 checked which I would like, but like I said my only local endo is at a private clinic and is very outdated. Because of my low SHBG he recommended testogel, which I have never heard good news from anyone. I wonder if more frequent injections would be better for me, as on the day of injection and day after seem to make me feel better, but most of the time im still a bit flat and my sleep isn't great. Im also quite emotional lately so it could be my E2.

I just dont know why my body cant handle anymore than 30mg a week as my blood pressure spikes if i increase the dose
