just one of my opinion about LOVE and marriage

:chat: Social

can someone explain it to me why love is such a sensitive topic in india i do agree there have been many instances in which mainly dudes do bad things to females and vice versa but we dont look at why it is caused in my opinion it is there because of lack of exposure on how to treat other people, how to treat them, show respect and whatnot which can only be done when people do not frown upon other people who are normal to have feelings for other people in their teenage years which for parents is as good as their child being in tihar jail or sm worse

IN CONTINUATION - arranged marriages are so widely popular in india but that genuinely having feelings for someone is so pathetic that people either commit suicide, leave the house, break the relationship , etc... why is it assumed that god made you a partner and somehow that partner is somewhere near by and is of your caste, your kundli meet or she is from a certain background.. why do we not accept people for who they are and not frown upon people who are really in love.

(though the tik-tok chapri bs lover cool boy xoxo thing is cringe and those relationships wont last long i hope)

Then all the parents complain why her daughter or son is unhappy after the wedding, domestic violence cases, trauma of external family being rough getting passed on to the next generations, etc .

anyone can put up an act for 2 weeks and act all sweet in front of u and ur family so u get a different idea of who they actually are and thats the case in soo many arranged marriages, where as if you date a girl for some time you get to know behavioural patterns, how to deal with scenarios, learn responsibility kese jhelte hai and so on.

btw i aint gettin no love marriage for sure not cus im bad lookin or something but its that i most likely wont be able to tell my parents that this is the girl i wanna marry let alone finding a girl to say yes in the first place.

we are the youth of this nation, we shape what happens next, what is normal and what is not and i believe if we all understand that love is normal and learn to accept it we can bring real change.

i really appreciate the few people who took their timeout to read this and hope you have a lovely day ahed :)
