Cosplay Contacts

Hi everyone! I have a question about contacts for cosplay. I wanted to get some red contacts for my guita cosplay, however I can only find prescriptions that are - 0.00 and down but no + prescriptions (on the pinkyparadise website anyways). Are the plus ones not a thing for contacts? I have only had a prescription for one year, so i'm pretty new to glasses and contacts in general, but both my eyes are +1.50. It's a low prescription and I can see without them (albeit at risk of headaches lol), however my depth perception is way off when i'm not wearing them now so I become pretty clumsy. 😂 If anyone has any advice for me it would be appreciated! No worries if I can't find any, I have some cute heart glasses that might suit guita, but i'd like to be more accurate if I can! 🥰
