how to increase engagement?

been at this for 2 months. no longer being recommended on fresh stories. stats are cooked.

i only upload 2chaps/week on sunday tbf but i feel like im doing something wrong. is my first chapter not engaging enough? does my cover suck? do i need to have a catchier title?
not looking for a contract, but i want ppl to see my story!
