Questions about Spider-Man Art Series and Promos

I know, I know “Boooo, Spider-Man.” But I *like* Spider-Man and I’m trying to put together a “complete” set. “Complete” in quotes because I’m not counting the rare Soul Stones and alt-costume Spectaculars.

In trying to nail down all the promos and here’s what I have:

Questions:

1. Did I Miss any? (Not counting spider sense, gwenom, and radioactive spider, as those are numbered as part of the full set, not a separate promo set)

2. Why is Miles numbered 0008? Is there a 0006 or 0007?

Now for the Art Series question:

Does every card exist with both a Planeswalker Stamp AND a signature? The literature from WotC made it sound like cards could have either, but I pulled a Doc Ock with a PW stamp, and the only stamped version I could find online was the signature. So I assumed that any card could have the PW stamp but wanted to make sure.
