I was listening to a City Pop playlist with artists like Miki Matsubara, Tatsuro Yamashita, Mariya Takeuchi, Anri, and Omega Tribe, and I got a HUGE Cardcaptor Sakura anime vibe. Does anyone know if the anime's soundtrack is deliberately inspired by that style?
