This is a hybrid character, referred to as Project Hybrid. He is a combination of Sonic.exe's(2011x) and Sonic's DNA, and he is essentially stronger than both of them. Additionally, he has the capability to defeat both characters.

He is made of anti-matter, resulting from the fusion of physical matter and dark matter, which creates anti-matter. He believes that he is, in fact, the true Sonic and Sonic.exe.

His personality is an extreme version of 2017X's personality, and I find it interesting to think that a version of Subterfuge could be based on this character.

Overall, he has a mix of both X's and Sonic's personalities. Furthermore, he serves as the personal assistant of AML-7001.

Additionally, the gold tooth is actually his gold fang, lol
