Divigel application question

Can anyone recommend a metal spatula to apply divigel so as not to get stuff on my hands and to reduce wastage.

I used my fore arm to spread it yesterday but then read should only be used on your legs. Then today I tried using my other leg and the wrapper to spread it.

But I think a spatula might be best.

Maybe I am over thinking this 😂🙈
