Willard Towers

I recently toured a unit at Willard Towers and I really liked the amount of space in the apartment. However, the place definitely feels dated, and the lack of in-unit laundry was a bit of a downside for me.

Before I make any decisions, I wanted to reach out to people who actually live there (or have in the past) to hear what it’s really like. A few things I’m especially curious about:

-What’s the day-to-day experience living there like?

-How responsive is management/maintenance when issues come up?

-Is noise a problem?

-Are utilities reasonable?

-How are the common areas?

Also pest situation:

Have any of you dealt with mice, roaches, or other pests in your unit or the building?

If you’ve lived there, would you recommend it or should I look elsewhere? Any comparable buildings you think are better for the price?
