Vibration over 90 km/h. Biggest feel 110-125 km/h

Hello to everyone! You’ve helped me so many times, I decide to made first post here

Car 318d Europe, pretty basic

I pretty do everything to keep vibration out and steel my I feel driving over highway some vibration on my steering wheel. I make wheel alignment few times, clean as shiny glass the wheels, bearings where it attach. Wheels move pretty perfect on machine, only left front have some movement up/down, but mechanic said NEVER ANY CAR COULD feel that. I drive now in winter. I’ve do so much maintaince things already

Anyone wonder what helped?

I’m pretty sure it’s tire fault, but these are new 2025 Kumho wintersport.
