Maybe Each Side Has a Chain

I am by the Nornir chest by the River Pass shop and Wildwood’s Edge mystic gateway and Atreus is saying my “maybe each side has a chain”

There’s a cloudy area on the map so I’m guessing it’s an undiscovered area.

Thing is that I have no idea what he’s talking about. All of the bridges that I can see are already down.

There’s even a sleeping/inactive soul eater here.

What do I do?
