E-commerce advice

Hi! I am an e-commerce seller. I import products from China and sell on lazada shopee TikTok. I don’t have a niche category yet mainly general merch and products I think will sell. The problem is the platform is filled with China products too and almost everything can be found there.

Do you recommend this strategy? Or should I keep looking for underrated niche products?
