Always dropping items when looting.

Anyone often drop items instead of moving items to your backpack?

I’m on PS5. When I’m roaming around, it’s Square to pick up items. When I’m looting, Square is to drop items.. Seems like awful design to have the same button to pick up OR drop depending on what menu you’re in.

I’m way more used to it, but still very dumb imo
