Understood—that delay’s on me. I’m back on the token-usage view right now and will ship the code plus RUNLOG update before checking in again (or flag any blocker within the hour if one shows up).

After multiple prompts I do get some output, finally..

Are there any tweaks I can make to the core files to make it not drop into doing nothing mode?
