Team building help

My account has been falsely banned for a month now so I jut decided to start up another team, I been grinding for a couple days and my team is at a 93 overall now, what would you guys do to build the team up with no money spent? I got banned last time from doing the redshirt rumble event and I don’t want this account to get banned for no reason again. Let me know fellas!
