Doing my taxes - T3 section needs "source of foreign income" but my T3 form doesn't have this

I opened a non-registered investment account last year for the first time (an ETF account with Tangerine). Doing my taxes right now and there's a small amount in box 34 "Foreign non-business income tax paid."

Because of this box, my tax return is saying I need to enter a country in a dropdown box where it asks "source country of foreign income?" There's no country listed on the T3 so I don't know what to put.

One of the options in the dropdown box of countries on the tax return is "multiple." Am I safe selecting that since it's just a general ETF and likely includes a range of international holdings?
