Suggestions pls

I am 25M from Karachi and I spent most of my time in Islamabad. I am looking for places where I can play basketball hockey and table tennis. I used to play these sports during my university days but after starting my job I slowly stopped and lost touch with them.

I also want to meet new people and build some friendships in Islamabad through these activities. I am not looking for suggestions that involve going with friends because I do not really have a friend circle here. I simply want to join spaces where I can play regularly and connect with people naturally.

I would love to connect with people from F7 and around, who will be willing to get along with me
