'18 Window Issue

'18 GT PP2. but I'm sure this issue is across the generation. Does anyone else's window just bounce in the last 1/4 inch of space at the top? I'll roll it up and then it's almost as if something is jammed in the top channel so it powers back down a tad then trys to go back up. I had an hour drive the other evening and it went up and down the entire trip. I apologize if this has been answered before I did a search before posting.
