Hacked and Microsoft keeps giving me the run around

Yeah was recently hacked. Microsoft keeps telling me to change my password and gives me codes but when I do they hit me with “can’t find this account” oh ya know the account that’s a decade old connected to everything and I’ve spent thousands of dollars buying games and dlc on. Does anyone know how to get Microsoft be normal for once
