UUCT NYSBA Fee not recognized

Has anyone else seen this UUCT NYSBA charge and knows what it's for? Google says it's an unpaid bridge toll in New York, but I live in Connecticut and haven't traveled to New York in over a month, and the charge says it was generated today. Could someone help me understand this? Thanks!
