First time making a plan, help!

Ran into issues after already paying for everything. I received an email asking to verify my identity. I send back my ID and a Credit Card statement, and was denied. I think this is due to me not putting the residence i live in as my mailing and billing.(I live in a co-living home, and send my mail and packages to a separate mailbox to avoid prior issues). Will I be accepted if i write up a lease agreement with my landlord? Should i start the entire process over?
