Need help choosing a build for 3.28

Hey Exiles,

I have three builds on my mind, and I’m having difficulty choosing one that I’ll mostly play in 3.28, as I’m not sure I’ll have time for another build.

1. Impending Doom – By far my favorite skill in PoE. I played it in 3.24, 3.25, and in Phrecia. My issue with it is how expensive it is to push into the endgame.
2. Blade Vortex – I’ve never played it but always wanted to try it. I’m just concerned about how it scales into the endgame and how the BV skill gem scales with all the specific crafts required.
3. Pure Spectres Necro – Another build I’ve always wanted to try, and now that it keeps getting better, I’d like to jump on that train before any potential nerf. I hated spectres the last time I played a minion build in 3.26 (BAMA), but I never tried pure spectres. Since then, they’ve changed how spectres die. Not much more to say besides that it looks cool, but I’ve never played it.

My playstyle is mostly mapping. I don’t really like ST/bossing builds. I love clearing big screens and going fast with minimal button presses.

If anyone is more familiar with these builds and is willing to share some knowledge to help me make up my mind, I would greatly appreciate it.
