Looking for a solid Lead Generation Specialist who actually knows how to make cold email work (not just send 1,000 emails and pray).

You should know how to:

•	Keep emails out of spam

•	Set up proper SPF, DKIM, DMARC

•	Warm up inboxes

•	And write emails that get real replies.

What you’ll be doing:

•	Building targeted prospect lists

•	Setting up and running cold email campaigns

•	Making sure deliverability is on point

•	Writing short, punchy emails that convert

•	Tracking open rates, replies, and booked calls

•	Testing and improving campaigns consistently

Know how to use one of the following tools:

Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, etc.

Big plus (not required):

Some understanding of SEO and how outbound fits into overall growth.
