Lemek Ostriches
One from the late afternoon on the Lemek Conservancy of the Maasai Mara where we spotted 3 ostriches moving across the savannah.
As usual, the male is behind the females so he can keep an eye on where they are going and what they are doing. We positioned ourselves to get the iconic balanite tree in the background and waited for the gap. Took a few shots but this was (for me) the most pleasing with the positions of the ostrich necks and heads. Gave the majority of the negative space to the sky which was starting to warm up with the last of the light but an interesting storm too.
