I sent a sexvid to someone and i didn't mean to send it and he saw... what do I do 😭

Okay. So I sent a sexvid to a guy that recently became single and im friends with his ex gf... but the thing is I didn't mean to send it to him but just to look at it and send it to my boyfriend. But somehow it also sent to him. He saw. He replied with "dammmmmnnn" but im not sure if thatd be an okay "dammnnnnn" but I apologised profusely and he say its okay he itd be a secret. However, him and his ex gf get back together all. The. Time. And this is why its an issue. Because im not sure if hed keep it a secret or not. But hw made sure the chats were all gone so i dont think I have anything to worry about but he invited me over... because earlier today I asked to see the puppies and he say sure after hes home because he was out. But I for sure thought since that awkward moment happened I wouldnt be able to see the puppies no more. I may be just over thinking it all but this has never happend and I feel so horrible about it, my intentions was to never send it to him 💔 im not sure if I should worry or just act like it didnt happen.
