Has the Dog is Human Multi worked for anyone?

My 7 year old frenchie has had horrible itching for like 6 months now and I've seen ads for these all over my Facebook. Looking for some honest reviews and feedback from people. We currently have him on Apoquel and he’s had pretty bad diarrhea and has seemed pretty low energy overall.
