discomfort,weird pain or high stimulation of the nerves on top of left testicles

4 days before while wiping down there with a towel i accidentally pulled my left testicle a bit up after that i felt a pain, and then after a bit i was feeling a pain like feeling on the same spot on the left testicle after that i laid and let it settle, if i lay on that side it kinda felt like swishing that nerve which caused pain and discomfort at night it went away fully settled i was scared of torsion so i kept checking constantly , then at night while checking i retouched that spot and the same happened , then i slept and morning it was all settled everything fine, after this i went to the doctor he tested it and said go for a ultrasound and he said you're already late for a torsion case if that happened you already had lost your testicle so gave me an appointment of ultrasound after 4 days, i went to some local clinic and got my report of ultrasound and next day he checked it and gave me testicle support and said everything is good don't worry.

The thing is when i wake up and the scrotum is tight then that very discomfort of that spot comes for a second and vanishes, while walking or raising my left leg ( sometimes) , while wearing the support it's all good, it happens when it's too tight or hangs too low, which causes some strange strech feeling and discomfort, i don't want to stay in that support forever its like a bandaid type, and the feeling always return even when im not having the pain/ discomfort i feel something different or wrong down there. i have that ultrasound appointment Tommorow he gave me ill go again Tommorow get the ultrasound and again consult him, About everything
