What's the best way to import a ChatGPT memory export?

I've got a folder full of .json files, .pngs, and other file types that totals 1.7GB. Claude's prompt to get another LLM to output memory as a text block yields a really limited amount of high-level information, so I'm wondering how I can get Claude to work with the actual memory export from ChatGPT. Any advice would be appreciated!
