Sometimes the cost of a renovation can be shocking

We are getting the keys today. My agent sent me a screenshot of the form from the title company showing where the sellers funds are going. They did a renovation prior to sale. It's their elderly mothers house that she's lived in since 1980. She's 83 and the house was in need.

The cost was almost 255k.
