Arm n Hammer Clump and Seal, different formula? It's not clumping as well anymore.

So I got my cat back in November. I had tried about 4 different litter brands and settled on this particular one due to ease of cleaning and better clumping.

The first 3 boxes or so were great. This most recent one I had gotten, the litter looks noticeably lighter in color, almost like sand. Also, it doesn't seem to clump as well at all. The clumps break into smaller pieces so now it's like his litter box has shit/piss confetti sprinkles spread throughout, as opposed to it staying together and being scoopable.

Has anyone else encountered this? It's getting very frustrating because now it's like the litter tracks like crazy. I usually scoop 2 to 3 times a day.
