[Question] Alternate GMT Movement

Every GMT watch I've seen has the standard minute hand and hour hand that goes around 12 hours twice and a GMT hand that goes around once in 24 hours. You have the standard 12 hour indicators and a second ring with 24 hours.

Does anyone make a GMT watch with two 12 hour hands and no 24 hour hand? Obviously two different color hands or different shape. Ideally two hour hands of the same shape but contrasting colors.

Trying to Google this is difficult because the results are all regular GMT watches. I imagine if it exists it isn't called a GMT movement but I don't know what it is called.
