Is empire bookstore legit?

I ordered my books since december 2025 pero as of now theres no updates or anything. Maybe its because di ako naka log in nung nag order ako? but my information and address was there already, i was already chatted once but that was last year padin. Im trying to buy from another websites but im afraid itll still come and sayang lang talaga pera ko. Hindi sila nag uupdate sakin or kahit ano even though im trying to reach them.
