Hold Meta Accountable - Meta Hiring is a SCAM. Why is no one talking about this?

Around 6 months ago, I applied for the Data Science, Product Analytics role at Meta. I was invited for the first round and cleared it. My final loops were scheduled and I spent days preparing for it. Two days before my interview, I get a call saying due to changing headcount, they will not proceed with my candidacy. Back then, I was heartbroken for days because it did not make any sense to me.

Cut to, last week, I already have a job that I love but due to H1B sponsorship restrictions, I still am having to actively look for roles. I naturally applied to the same role at Meta again (which magically resurfaced again) and since I truly am a great fit, I get contacted by another recruiter, again. This time, the whole process gets expedited and I am scheduled for the final loop directly. Great, right?

I spend 1 week preparing for the high demanding, age old interview process they have, coding, math etc, while having to manage my full time job in parallel.

Two days before my first loop interview, I receive this email. AGAIN.

Like, I don't get it, why resurface the role, mislead candidates and waste their time if you are so unsure about your requirements? Major organization, FAANG company, and what not? This is the experience you give to potential dreamers who want to work with you?

ISTG, I wouldn't even be applying to these companies if startups were ok with sponsoring international candidates.

Mark Zuckerberg FTW, I guess.
