Had TKR 8/25. Surgical site still gets warm but it’s the “neighborhood” that suffers as well. Ankle/hip/lower back and quad pain is a thing. Sometimes one shines more than the other. I just learned I have IT Band Syndrome. Has anyone experienced this? HELP!!!
