TPD Timeline

I just submitted my TPD application to StudentAid.gov. For anyone that has done this can you answer any of the following questions:

1. How long did it take DOE to process? When did you submit? Before or after the DOE started its "restructuring" under current administration.

2. Once processed (if approved) how long until your student loan balance read $0.00?

3. Is the "My Activity" module on StudentAid.gov useful at all in tracking the actual progress? Were there any updates sent directly to you, or was it just all of a sudden you got correspondence that your application was accepted/denied?
