Don't know about my HyperX Cloud III S

After the recent studies about Headsets i'm really conflicted If i should keep my Cloud III S. I really Like it but i don't want 2 risk getting sick from my Headset. Are there any people that know more about the Matter? And If the only way is a refund: what Headset should i buy myself? Could Go Up 2 200€ if i Had to.
