New Build Concrete Pour

This is asked a lot but I see comments are all over the place! We are building a home using concrete. We just poured the back wall of the house on Friday. Was instructed to water it twice a day, for the next two days - which we did. The wall still has the wood framing up - we just watered on top of that to cool it down.

When I google this I am seeing 5 days or 7 days! Should we do more or just let it be for now?
Temps have been nice 40s at night and maybe 60 in the day.
