Ceramic vs metal

hi I'm looking at buying a oura ring within the next couple of weeks and can't decide between the ceramic in petal or the rose gold colour, i'm torn as i like the color of the ceramic more but it looks to be thicker which is putting me off a bit. Whats everyones experience with each?.
