Regional to UPS?

Hi everyone,

Current regional FO living in a west coast base, commuted for a while and honestly moving to base was a great increase in qol.

Maybe a year and a half from upgrading, would like to move back home to North Carolina for my destination airline, and be able to drive a reasonable amount of time to base without commuting.

Open to majors, but recently I’ve really been interested in working for UPS in the future and the schedule honestly would fit what I wanna do long term.

I don’t see a clear path to ups atm, only through ameriflight are they just not hiring rn? What has been their hiring stats and competitive mins to fly for them?
