Advice

I need advice. Its about a friend of mine. She has had hamster since she was young, the cages are around the min. But I have one issue. She has only one small corner filled with 15 cm bedding, (on all hamsters owned) also smaller issue but sand baths are always dirty and tiny like a mug opening and I tried telling her twice the entire things needs to be full with 20-25 cm, she breaks me off and loudly says that its enough and stuff. She also has the bad wood stuff that splinters but that's smth else. She also own Chinchillas since her parents breed them once and they are in a tank the size of tha hamster cage (all in her room btw that's full with gross stuff).

Now this is more as a vent as I can't hold it in anymore, but I also need advice what to do. She got the information from her parents so its not all her fault but she still seems to stubborn to accept wrong. I genuinely feel bad for the animals, she and her mom said its normal that hamsters climb and said it was funny when theirs did it, but the cages are just bad. They also feed pellets. She's now waiting for her old hamster to die and waiting on their new young one
