Podcast and phone game recommendations please!

I'm getting on a plane from Barcelona to Montreal tomorrow morning and unfortunately got stuck with a middle seat so my usual effort to sleep as much of the flight as possible is a no-go.

I'm coming to my beautiful community of fellow autists to ask for podcast recommendations (I'll take anything) and games to play on my phone (something that can be played without sound, is offline compatible, untimed, and is essentially just fidgeting). Thanks in advance!
