Question about the religious establishment after the revolution

Once all of this is said and done what would happen to the religious establishment?

I mean yea its expected that the major perpetrators of the regime's atrocities will be tried accordingly.

But what of the rest of the religious establishment?

Make no mistake, I very much want to see the despicable offenders punished. But I sometimes worry about the possible mob lynchings at times.
